What is the Intra-Company Transfer Visa and Residence Permit?
The Intra-Company Transfer Visa and Residence Permit allow employees of the same company or corporate group to relocate and perform their functions in Spain.

There are two types of transfers, depending on the employee or corporate group:
- ICT-EU Authorization for executives, specialists, and trainees. This authorization allows companies based in Spain to transfer executives, specialists, and trainees to their offices in other EU countries under simplified procedures.
- National Authorization for other types of transfers.
