What does it allow?
- Reside in Spain while pursuing full-time studies at officially recognized educational institutions.
- Participate in curricular or extracurricular internships related to the field of study.
- Apply for a work authorization (up to 20 hours per week) if certain conditions are met.
- Apply to modify the permit into a residence and work permit after completing studies.
- Possibility to include accompanying family members.
Main Requirements
- Admission letter from an official or authorized Spanish educational institution.
- Proof of sufficient financial means to cover the stay (minimum approx. €700/month).
- Public or private health insurance with full coverage in Spain.
- No criminal record and not being in an irregular situation in Spain.
- Commitment to return to the country of origin upon completing studies (unless modified later).
Duration
Valid for the duration of the studies, with the possibility of renewal if the academic program continues.
